Beyond clinical practice, Dr. Yang is a serial entrepreneur and ecosystem builder in the healthcare and wellness sector.

From 2014 to 2018, she played a key role in expanding Taiwan’s medical aesthetics expertise into Mainland China, working across Xiamen, Shenzhen, and Wuhan to integrate beauty industry channels with medical institutions. During this period, she co-founded three aesthetic surgery clinics with local enterprises, helping traditional beauty industry players transition into regulated medical aesthetics businesses.

Since 2018, she has led the development of a cross-border healthcare group focused on biotechnology, healthcare platforms, and scalable industry systems.

She is the founder and strategic leader behind KJ&B Group, which operates across four core pillars:
